RIDES is a private non-profit agency established in 1976 and is governed by a Board of Directors. The Board of Directors consists of a County Supervisor from each of the counties that RIDES serves, as well as a member from Northwest Iowa Planning and Development Corporation. Hours of operation for each community vary. RIDES provides demand response and subscription services within Region 3 of the State of Iowa.
